Thank you for the on-going privilege of serving alongside you! What I communicated the past couple months, remains true this month too… Over the next several months (and years) I hope to visit with each of you and look forward to knowing you more. I hope to make several home visits each month, visiting with any family who welcomes me to do so. In September we celebrated our 140th Anniversary of serving God and others! A HUGE THANK YOU to the celebration team, all who contributed and all who participated in this special celebration!
God is at work in the world. Fueled by God; Creator, Redeemer & Sustainer, Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church has been, is and will continue to be a part of it!
What a privilege it continues to be to worship God, follow Christ and serve others in Rock Falls, Sterling and the surrounding area. The Body of Christ at Immanuel is woven together through the gifts of countless people fueled by the Holy Spirit. Thanks be to God for 140 years of serving God and others! Thanks be to God for the bounty of years to come!
You are an integral part of the Body of Christ! May the Holy Spirit spur each and everyone of us to dwell in God’s abounding love and share it with others!
