What a JOY to serve alongside you at Immanuel! Over the next several months (and years) I hope to visit with each of you and look forward to knowing you more. I hope to make several home visits each month, visiting with any family who welcomes me to do so. Would you join me in prayer this month?
Specifically, would you please join me in praying for our congregation and worshipping community? I am praying that God would draw us ever-closer, that we would grow in faith and action; that we would seek God while knowing that God has already found us.
I am praying that we would live into our baptismal identity as God’s beloved children and share that love with others.
I am praying that God will continue to stretch and grow as a people who “Gather as a people of Christ serving with love, hope and faith.”
I am praying that in our worship and our doubt we will remember God is with us, loving us, and making all things new.
I am praying that God will spur us on in faith to follow Jesus and server others humbly in love. Please pray and ponder with me–what could God be calling us to as individuals and as a community of faith?
