Monday, August 17, 2020 9:00 a.m. Due to COVID-19 the Relay for Life Luminaria ceremony will be a virtual ceremony just tune into WSDR (AM 1240). All names of Luminaria recipients will be read on WSDR, be scrolled on website, and printed after ceremony in the Sauk Valley Media. A $10.00 donation is requested for each luminaria ordered. Order forms are available outside the church office. Luminarias are also available for purchase online at: www.relayforlife.org/saukvalleyil, through Sauk Valley Media or from any Relay For Life Team Member. Please make your check payable to American Cancer Society RFL of Sauk Valley and send to Russ Siefken, 409 W 21st Street, Sterling. They need to be postmarked by August 12th. Each Luminaria that has been purchased are read aloud to pay tribute to cancer patients, survivors or those who have died.
