1. Approval of blacktop sealing and stripe painting of the west parking lot and the east side alley parking, along with sealing only for the north parking lot.
2. Walked through the parsonage and discussed repairs, cleaning up, updates, and future renting.
3. In preparation for future roof replacement on the church building, getting estimates for an idea of cost, and to be able to set a goal for fundraising to cover the cost.
4. Discussed an updated pictorial directory by the end of 2019.
5. Mutual ministry congregational survey on worship will be in September.
6. Idea brought up from the Sauk Valley Water Ski Show promoter, for a possible local partnering up to help promote the free admission show held at Seward Park, Rock Falls, that would in turn help promote Immanuel.
