Our congregational constitution and the letter of call to Pastor Bree communicates the need for Immanuel to have a Mutual Ministry Committee (MMC). Mutual Ministry is the equipping and supporting of all baptized members to carry the gospel into the church and world. In a nutshell, the purpose of the MMC is to affirm and strengthen the mission of the congregation and the ministry of the staff. This is accomplished through listening and clarifying expectations, communicating challenges and joys in ministering, reflecting on successes and anticipating the future mission of the congregation. The following people have agreed to serve on the Mutual Ministry Team through joint appointment by Council President Nick Dirks and Pastor Bree: Jeff Scanlan, April Roth Gail Etheridge, Kris Sandrock, Sheryl Wagner, and Deb Keaschall.
