In our May Messenger we shared about students being promoted to High School, H.S. Graduates and College and Tech School Graduates. We have additional copies of the graduate insert outside the church office. This month we are celebrating another of our college graduates, Tess!
Tess Schaefer, daughter of Marty & Kelly Schaefer, earned her Bachelor of Science in Animal Science with minors in Chemistry & American Sign Language. Tess is heading to the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine and pursuing her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine. She plans to focus on a mixed practice working with all both large and domestic animals (livestock and pets). Tess writes, “I am thankful for my parents and brother for always supporting me in my education, helping me through tough times, and encouraging me to dream big. I am also thankful for my chemistry tutors & my Mr. Coffee coffee pot, for I would not have passed some classes without them. One day, I would love to travel the world! I hope to visit a friend in Australia and I would love to go back packing in Brazil some day.”
