1. Pastor Milner handed out a “Pledge of Cooperation” from St. Paul. Council agreed by consensus to place our name in the pledge as it is written. This document will be included in the annual report for the congregation members to read.
2. The Budget Projection Fiscal Year 2011 was distributed. Corrections were made and discussions to bring it to the congregation. M/S/C to approve the corrected Budget Projection that was presented.
3. The combined Executive council members met and discussed combining the
4. 5 Wednesday Lenten services. The churches will alternate years to take all 5 Wednesdays. St. Paul offered to host this year. M/S/C to combine service and alternate years.
