Council Highlights – June 13, 2016
· Landscaping perennials will be planted on the north side of church by Poci’s Market.
· Name tags are being investigated for all members to assist name identification, especially with a new pastor to be called.
· Trust Fund policy bylaws are to be reviewed as both a hard copy of donations and an electronic record will be kept henceforth of all donations.
· VBS needs volunteers to assist in planning, publicity, and orchestrating. Perhaps a different type of VBS will be the result, rather than the 5 evenings of consecutive nights.
· AC units have been installed in both the top floor and Friendship Room.
· A ‘Prayground’ for parents with their young children to be present within the sanctuary during worship is being considered.
