1. Building Use Policy – is updated to include: For profit businesses must submit a Certificate of Insurance for their event with a $1,000,000 limit which names Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church, 501 8th Ave., Rock Falls, IL 61071 as an additional named insured.
2. We are celebrating the Altar Guild and all who help us worship God throughout March. All council members signed a thank you note for Altar Guild. Thanks to ALL who assist with worship!
Council Highlights – March 21, 2020 (via Zoom)
1. Council approves Kevin Arnold to serve on Church Council, completing a term that ends January 2021.
2. Council approves maintaining church office hours to provide care to the congregation and community throughout this season of social distancing. Worship will continue to be offered online and through a conference call weekly.
