- The budget is being assembled with committee/ministry team requests for funding and will be finalized as soon as the Commitment cards are returned at the November 19th Sunday worship. All members of the congregation are encouraged to return both their fiscal commitment cards and time and ability forms.
2. The marriage policy has been reviewed and will be considered for adoption in December.
3. Staff evaluations will be completed by mid-December.
4. Application has been made to IDOT for road clean-up along Route 30 in 2018.
5. All annual reports are due by December 15, 2017. PLEASE make every effort to submit yours in a timely fashion so that Annual Reports can be assembled.
