2. Held discussion on ministry wheel and members selected what they would like to lead:

Faith Formation Ministry – Stacey and Molly Hackbarth
Hospitality Ministry – Andrea Wright & Natalie Ramos
Congregational Life – Terry Andersen & Luke Sandrock
3. Council voted to establish a team to look into updates for the constitutions–Bill & Mary are on this along with Pastor and 2 yet to be determine congregational members.
4. Council installation will be at the March meeting over Zoom and recorded to be shared with congregations.
5. Elise Moeller is to receive a $200 scholarship grant from Immanuel.
6. Next meeting will be via zoom on March 15, 2021 at 6:30 p.m.

49 voting members participated in the Annual meeting on February 7.
29 people participated in person and 20 participated over the phone and online.
