1. Mary Foskitt made a motion to continue the Youth Director salary of $2,000 for the 2021 budget with a 2% Raise for a total of $2040. 2nd by Jeff Scanlan – PASSED with 7 YES votes and 6 NO votes.
2. The budget forum is on January 17 at 10:15 a.m. via zoom, over the phone or in person. We will mail and email the proposed budget before the meeting.
3. We decided we would offer an in person meeting option limited to 10 people (the guideline at the time of meeting) per room, with phone in and Zoom options. People must be a voting member and attend the meeting in order to vote. We would need a moderator to handle any questions from people on Zoom or phone and track who is present. Ballots will be mailed in the newsletter. Any ballots that would need to be cast people not present would have 2 hours to turn in ballots at the church.
4. Next meeting will be via zoom on February 1, 2021 at 6:30 p.m.

Special Council Meeting Highlights January 20, 2021
1. Jeff Scanlan made a motion to resume the $100 annual food permit fee from the health department. 2nd by Nick Dirks – PASSED
2. Kevin Arnold made a motion to accept the budget with a 15% estimate. 2nd by Jeff Scanlan – PASSED
3. Nick Dirks made a motion to amend the annual meeting plans to now allow 25 people per room, instead of 10, socially distanced and masked as long as we stay in Tier 1 mitigations. If we move to another Tier we will follow those guidelines. 2nd by Stacey Hackbarth – PASSED
