Mission Action Sewing ladies will be meeting on Wednesdays, August 8th and August 22nd from 8:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. Quilts will be given this month to several baptismal members. There are many tasks to be done that do not require sewing, please come and join these ladies as they prepare these gifts of love.
The last Bible study of the summer session, “Let Us Pray” will be given by Pastor Bree on Tuesday, August 21st, 9:00 a.m. with Martha Circle as hostesses. In this session we investigate the effects of prayer: personally, communally and on the very mission of the church. The focus text will be taken from the 8th chapter of Romans. All women of Immanuel are members of WELCA and welcome to join the next Bible Study.
