Tri Church – ELCA Lutheran churches of St. John’s, St. Paul, and Immanuel of Sterling-Rock Falls – are holding an online fundraiser of auction items originally planned for a face to face event for funding a generator at Rock River Hospice & Home. Items may be seen in the window at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, 1701 16th Avenue in Sterling. Between June 1-5, call St. Paul’s Church at 815-625-3069 between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. to place your bid. Items may also be viewed at http://www.tri-church.org/auction. Auction closes at 3 p.m. on Friday, June 5. The funds raised will be donated to Rock River Hospice & Home for the purchase of a generator. Plus, Arthur’s Garden Deli is matching the first $5,000 raised!
