1. Special guest Deacon Cheryl Erdmann lead the council in devotions and had a discussion about the importance of “staying in motion” as a congregation.
2. The hospitality ministry wishes to thank everyone who has helped with the sign-up process for the pictures for the directory.
3. Ministry teams handed in budget requests for 2020 budget. More detailed discussion to occur at the next meeting.
4. Received an estimate to repair/upgrade the organ. This will be quite costly and a discussion was had to determine the best way to proceed. Will most likely be a combination of memorial gifts and budgeted repairs in the 2020 budget.
5. Discussed the church roof. Current estimates are the roof should last us another 4-5 years. Cost of replacement will be significant. Will be looking into a combination of budgeting and fund raising to pay for the project.
