- Gerad Von Holten’s service contract was discussed. The contract will be the same as in the past year for $2,000 a year, which works out to $55 a week September through May. Motion to continue with this service contract was unanimously approved.
- 2018 Nominating Committee consists of Monique Castillo, Dan Gordon, Betty Clementz, Geoff Wright, Mary Foskitt, and Adrian Johnson. The committee will be meeting soon and will be seeking nominations for 2019.
