The Celebrations Team which planned the July Historical Sundays, the 140th Anniversary celebration, and the Reformation 500th Anniversary as a Tribute to Martin Luther with German meal that followed would like to thank the members of the congregation who attended and participated in any or all of these activities. You are truly a blessing to Immanuel in that by studying the past we prepare better to meet the future. Special Thank You to each member of this committee who spent countless hours: Shirley Downey, Jane Johnson, Virginia Schutz, and Bill Wescott; to Pastor Bree as soon as she was ordained, she ‘jumped right in’; to Lynnette Masini and Bonnie Cassens who were so helpful on the day of the German meal; and to Bailey Wetzell, Spencer and Sloan Schutz for their help throughout and after the dinner.
