Tri Church is planning a fundraising event for Wednesday evening, April 25th at the Latin American Club in Sterling. This event will include a buffet, dessert auction, silent and live auctions, raffle and entertainment. The goal is to raise $16,000 for patient/family recliners for the new Hospice Home of Rock River Hospice & Home in Sterling (formerly Hospice of the Rock River Valley).
Tri Church is reaching out to our congregations for donations of new items for the silent auction. Items will be grouped to create themed baskets. “Service” donations – such as painting a room, washing windows, tree trimming, a dessert a month, for example, are also welcome. Live auction items – Cubs tickets, a steak dinner for 4, and a vacation destination are possible donations for this auction. We ask that all donations, along with the completed form below, be taken to your church by Sunday, April 15th. Thank you in advance for your kind support of this Tri Church project! We are very blessed in our community to now have available a Hospice Home to give families and their loved ones another option for end-of-life care and support.
